I am loving my new Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens. It is rarely off the XTi these days. I have been shooting EVERYTHING.
Here are two of my recent favorites (click the thumbnail for a closer look at my flickr page):
(Don’t you just love the lips in the middle of the plant!?)
and My Mindy – the 100mm lens is not just a macro lens, but a portrait lens too.
Debbie,
It’s Dama from the QVC site. I am still loving looking at your pictures. They are awesome!! What kind of flower is that???
Hey Dama, how nice of you to comment! Thanks!
To answer your question, it isn’t a flower at all, I have been told it is a succulent – sort of like a cactus. It is a tiny little plant, but there is a bunch growing in our front garden!
Comment by debbieT on October 30th, 2007I want/need a new camera, and I absolutely love the quality of these pictures! Great shots btw.
HEY Meagan, thank you so much for commenting! I added you as my flickr contact too, so I can check up on your photos.
Anyway, I love my camera and lenses. I think I am totally obsessed!!
